Their offering is divided into Shared, VPS and Dedicated Hosting, along with Colocation services. Plans for each individual service are generally affordable and feature considerable hosting resources. However, excepting VPS and Dedicated Hosting plans, you can only subscribe to Shared Hosting plans for a minimum of one year, which is a noticeable upsell. Additionally, email facilities are not included in any of the plan you subscribe to, and are sold separately for prices starting at approximately $20 per year. If you wish to transfer your existing websites and domain names to their servers, you can do so through their migration service. Your domain names will be renewed for an additional year to comply with ICANN regulations, but this cost is fully covered by them. They offer a 30-day money back guarantee, which only applies to shared hosting services (exclusive of any setup fees), as well as a non-SLA 99.9% uptime guarantee.
